Our Donation Drives and Activities
1.Bake sale and donation drive 2020:
2020 being a very tough year for all of us we wanted to try something different, while we had our regular donation drive and got a great response like last year, we also had a bake sale. The bake sale was a hit and was loved by many of our near and dear ones and we were able to raise a good amount of funds to support our children.
2. DCS donation drive 2019:
In 2019 some of our volunteers started a campaign to raise funds for our society. We were overwhelmed by the number of people who came forward with generous contributions. Our volunteers have raised a total amount of Rs.1,00,000/- through crowd funding and used this amount to purchase new glucometers for our children.
Through the diabetic child society our students have been able to do good research work and even publish some of their papers in well known journals. Consent was always obtained from all of our children before commencement of any research paper or project.
